The short answer. At Skinfolk, anti-wrinkle injections are £160 for one area, £225 for two and £290 for three, each a 30 minute appointment. The prices are the same at our Ombersley clinic near Droitwich and our Barnt Green clinic near Bromsgrove. Masseter treatment is £395, and how many areas you need is decided at consultation rather than before it.
Price is usually the first question people ask about anti-wrinkle injections, and it is a fair one. Clinics price the treatment in different ways, by area, by unit or by a single fee, which makes comparing them harder than it should be. This is how Skinfolk prices it, what an area means in practice, and what is priced separately.

What counts as an area
An area is one part of the face treated as a unit. The ones people ask about most are the forehead, the frown lines between the brows and the crow's feet around the eyes. The same treatment is also used for bunny lines across the nose, a brow lift, a lip flip, smokers lines, a dimpled chin and the neck bands of a Nefertiti neck lift.
Most people come in thinking about one line and leave with a plan for two or three areas, because the lines of the upper face tend to work together. That is also why the price per area falls as you add them: one area is £160, while three come to £290 rather than £480.
What is priced separately
Three treatments use the same injections but are not priced as areas. Masseter treatment softens the muscle that makes a jawline look wide or a jaw clench, and it is £395. Treatment for excessive sweating under the arms is £525. Migraine treatment is £495 for 45 minutes and is only offered after a consultation that starts with your history.
The combinations
Anti-wrinkle injections relax the lines that come from movement. They do nothing for skin that has thinned or volume that has gone, which is why they are often paired with a second treatment:
- Three areas with Profhilo, 45 minutes, £485 (called Smooth and Glow at Barnt Green)
- Three areas with 1ml of filler, 30 minutes, £480
- Three areas with Ameela, called Smooth and Firm, £485 at Barnt Green
Our treatment packages go further, combining anti-wrinkle injections with Profhilo, a HydraFacial and HIFU across several visits.
How many areas will you need?
That is decided at your consultation, not before it. We look at how your face moves, which lines stay visible once it has relaxed, and what is actually bothering you. Sometimes the answer is one area. Sometimes the line you noticed is not a movement line at all, and anti-wrinkle injections are not the right treatment. Lines from lost volume answer to filler, Profhilo or Sculptra, and loose skin along the jaw answers to HIFU or Morpheus 8. If that is the case we will say so.
What the price includes
Each appointment is 30 minutes and includes the assessment of how your face moves, the treatment itself and the aftercare for the rest of the day. The change comes on gradually over the days that follow rather than the same afternoon, so a review appointment is offered to see how it has settled. Treatment is not offered in pregnancy or while breastfeeding, or where the skin in the area is infected or inflamed.
